Lots of times it’s difficult to explain to the people who don’t understand about distilling what it means. And it’s more difficult to explain to the people what emotions has a distiller to hear them calling distillery the company that operates only the confection of grappa produced by others. We suggest to our clients to be sure exactly at the time of distilling who is really operating in this sense, producing with passion what their fathers has handed on to them.
